At 12:30pm Pacific Time, PullFlow engineering and marketing team members reported that the PullFlow.com website was down. Upon further investigation, the engineering lead confirmed that the domain name was pointing to a parking page.
The domain name issue was due to a misconfiguration in the renewal settings because the extra protection features were not enabled for auto-renew.
PullFlow website, web app, and API services were down, causing a break in service to customers.
The domain was manually renewed and configuration was updated to renew all associated services to the domain.
